Job Description
This is a remote position.
You will own the end to end visual language for every customer touch point translating complex clean energy stories into simple elegant design. From performance ad creative to motion driven social posts from web hero illustrations to polished print collateral you ll lead concept craft and rollout mentoring freelancers and junior designers along the
What you ll do
Campaign & Ads: Plan and produce static animated and video ads for Meta Google YouTube OOH.
Social Media: Create on brand Reels/ TikTok carousels motion graphics emoji driven GIF stickers.
Web & UI: Design hero sections icon sets dataviz infographics micro interactions.
Brand System: Expand colour tokens typography scale component libraries; maintain Figma design system file.
Long form & Print: Layout brochures booklets case studies pitch decks event signage.
Templates & Toolkits: Build Canva/Figma/PPT libraries so non designers can self serve.
Creative Leadership: Question briefs run brainstorming sessions justify design decisions guide junior talent.
