Roleduties and Responsibilities :
To work alongside senior management and operations teams in support of the main business models of IFL in niche services of international supply chain platforms for food service and E-commerce fulfilment business
Forward plan work schedules and resourcing levels to meet the demands of the business
Ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery to clients globally
Determine staffing levels recruit and motivate team in a positive working environment
Understanding the commercial impact of managing resource levels of permanent & temporary staff
Full engagement with the operating systems of the business (Access Dimensions / Access WMS and
Mintsoft)
Measure and report performance and productivity of warehouse team collectively and individually
Measure and report status of all orders in process in each division of operation maintaining strong
communication partnerships with operational teams
Communicate task expectations and train staff in processes where necessary
Maintaining task management at high standards of food safety (HACCP) in accordance with the
company s statutory obligations and client hygiene standards
Maintain safe working practices in accordance with all statutory requirements and Group Health & Safety policy.
Identify areas of continuous improvements in all processes by continual review
Demonstrate positive attitude to accommodating new business growth in the warehouse environment
Maintaining the group s site security policies and obligations within IFL s area
Managing budgets and stock levels of materials with a commercial understanding of impact to business
Any other duties required to ensure efficient functionality of warehouse
