Job Description
An industry leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Senior Project Architect for their Tampa team!
Responsibilities:
- Planning programming design and project management
- Work with Director of Design
- Lead/manage multi-discipline design teams
- Research/coordinate materials and products for project specifications
- Apply all local state and federal applicable building codes
- Research new building materials and industry standards
- Mentor junior staff
- Provide efficient/elegant design solutions
- Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Architecture
- 10 Project Architect experience in either sports management sports design entertainment design owner representation or program management
- Knowledge of building codes zoning regulations building construction building systems and site requirements
- RA license required
- Proficient in AutoCAD Revit Architecture and LEED
- Experience in Photoshop and Sketchup
