Job Description

As a Senior Specialist you will:
  • Provide advanced desk side support to end users resolving technical issues with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Attend to and manage complex Level 2 support calls escalating to Level 3 when necessary.
  • Assist L3 Engineers in handling advanced and critical support cases.
  • Maintain and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and runbooks for the respective technical track.
  • Offer telephonic and remote troubleshooting support to resolve technical issues effectively.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support particularly in desk side services.
  • Proficiency in DWP-FSS (Desk Side Services) with solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Proven ability to handle L2 and assist with L3 technical calls in a professional environment.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple issues with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users.
  • Document technical issues and solutions accurately for future reference.
