Job Description
Role: SAP ABAP Consultant SuccessFactors Integration.
Location: Amsterdam Netherlands
Work Mode: Full-time 100% Onsite
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integration and employee data replication. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the migration of employees to SuccessFactors development of POCs for new processes and issue resolution within SAP HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and support employee migration to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Create and enhance ABAP programs as part of new process POCs.
- Resolve SuccessFactors replication issues related to employee master data and organizational data.
- Configure and enhance BADI implementations for data replication.
- Manage and resolve SAP HR production issues effectively and timely.
- Design develop and maintain SOAP services including encryption of interface data.
- Apply and validate SAP security notes as per compliance standards.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP HR.
- Demonstrated experience in SuccessFactors replication and integration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Desirable Skills:
- Hands-on experience with BADI for data replication.
- Deep understanding of SAP ABAP in HR module.
- Experience in interface security including encryption protocols.
- Proficiency in SOAP service development and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration frameworks and middleware such as SAP PI/PO or CPI is a plus.
