Job Description
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather define and document detailed business and functional requirements across AI-driven products and services.
- Analyze prototype and validate Agentic AI and Generative AI use cases translating business goals into actionable technical specifications.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to shape and refine the product roadmap.
- Assist in the development of AI workflow prototypes ensuring alignment with business outcomes and user expectations.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and sprint planning sessions using Jira and Notion.
- Prepare user stories acceptance criteria and traceability matrices.
- Lead and support client enablement including requirements walkthroughs feedback sessions and product demos.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation business cases and analytical reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Work with UI/UX designers (via Figma) to ensure usability and design alignment with business needs.
- Continuously monitor AI trends and emerging technologies contributing to AI research and strategy discussions.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role in a technology or AI-driven organization.
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- Excellent communication facilitation and documentation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and drive alignment among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role in a technology or AI-driven organization. Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills. Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and drive alignment among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
