Patient Volume: 10-12

Rounding included: Yes

Physician in Practice: 2 Neurosurgeons

Support Staff: APPs RNs MAs Office Staff

Procedures:

- Craniotomy Craniectomy

- Spinal fusions Decompressive surgeries

- Interventions for aneurysms tumors & nerve injuries

Duties:

- Surgical First Assist

- Hospital and ER/UC consults

- Outpatient consultations

- Post-op patient care

- Fracture care

- Patient phone calls

- Medication refills

- FMLA Documentation

Trauma Level: II

EMR: Cerner

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Temporary Privileges available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active WI License

BC/BE

ACLS ATLS BLS PALS

Neurosurgery experience including surgical cases
