Job Description
Position Overview:
A leading insurance organization is seeking a Senior Developer with deep technical expertise and a passion for solving complex problems. This individual will play a critical role in the design development and integration of secure scalable applications. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in .NET AngularJS and cloud-based tools within the Azure ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Design & Execution
Collaborate with architects to transform high-level concepts into detailed development plans
Translate complex technical designs into clear actionable tasks for development teams
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a liaison between developers architects cloud engineers and security teams
Facilitate integration across cross-functional teams and manage technical dependencies
Security & Compliance
Implement secure software development lifecycle (S-SDLC) practices
Partner with security teams to enforce coding standards and compliance
Technical Support & Issue Resolution
Lead troubleshooting efforts and guide resolution of technical challenges
Provide hands-on support for debugging performance optimization and code refinement
Code Quality & Standards
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural and security guidelines
Architectural Collaboration
Maintain alignment with solution architects and provide feedback on feasibility and constraints
Risk Management
Identify potential risks (e.g. scalability security technical debt) and develop mitigation strategies
Innovation & Process Improvement
Recommend enhancements to tools workflows and processes
Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our dynamic team.
