Position Description
- Provide development support for ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
- Develop process workflows and automation strategies.
- Collaborate with the team in architecture design development and reviews.
- Lead the development of solution artifacts such as road maps optimization of operations architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
- Based on your experiences and interests we may ask you as a technology professional to support growth-related activities including prototypes and oral presentations.
- Team members are also expected to uphold and maintain appropriate certifications for their practice expertise.
Key Required Skills:
- Experience analyzing the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical management maximizes automation and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors and 3 years of experience Masters and 1 year of experience or 7 in lieu of a degree
- 5 years of experience as ServiceNow developer
- 3 years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
- Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies
- Excellent understanding of system architecture design principles and impacts
- Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB HAM SAM etc.)
- Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
- Experience with the US Federal Government
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
Required Skills:
- 3 years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications such as ITSM ITOM (HAM and SAM) ITBM CSM SecOps GRC HR
- 3 years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services Healthcare High Tech Manufacturing Retail etc.)
- 2 years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.

Experience with Web development including technologies such as X-HTML CSS3 SQL XML Angular and JavaScript PHP .NET or Java
- Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow
- Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols
- Experience with Business Rules Workflow Identification Rules Workspaces and External Portals
- Knowledge of SAML Active Directory or LDAP
- Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications including ITSM HAM SAM ITBM CSM SecOps GRC TRM/APM or HR
- Project Management or Agile certification
- ITILv4 Foundations Certification
- Ability to work in a high growth fast paced environment
3+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR 3+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) 2+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.
Education
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience, master's degree and 1 year of experience OR 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
