Job Description

Setup and Location: WFH
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (ACST) 7:30 AM-4:30 PM (PH Time)

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and appointment setting for our business. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in B2B sales excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of outbound activities. This role is critical for expanding our customer base and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.

What You ll Do

1. Lead Prospecting & List Building
o Research and build lists of potential business customers using LinkedIn online directories and internal CRM.
o Use tools like ZoomInfo Lusha Apollo or similar for data enrichment (if available).
2. Outbound Outreach
o Conduct cold calls emails and LinkedIn messaging to initiate contact with decision-makers.
o Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT or CHAMP.
3. Appointment Setting
o Book meetings for Account Executives or BDMs with qualified prospects.
o Maintain a set number of daily/weekly outbound touchpoints.
4. CRM & Pipeline Management
o Accurately log all activities leads and outcomes into Zoho CRM.
o Maintain data hygiene and follow-up tasks on schedule.
5. Market Research & Intelligence
o Stay updated on competitors market changes and target industries.
o Identify key buying signals and industry trends.
6. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing
o Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and messaging effectiveness.
o Align with Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion.

Requirements

What You Bring
We re looking for someone who:
  • 1 3 years of SDR/telemarketing or lead gen experience (preferably in B2B tech ICT or telecom).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels.
  • Competency with CRM tools (Zoho preferred) dialers and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven even when remote.
  • Basic understanding of VoIP internet and ICT services is a bonus.
