Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Weekly bank reconciliation using Xero
- Processing weekly payroll
- Managing quarterly superannuation contributions
- Preparing and lodging Australian BAS (Business Activity Statements)
- Coordinating with stakeholders across 2 3 small entities
- Proven expertise in Xero
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll superannuation and BAS requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience working with multiple business units or clients is an advantage
- Reliable proactive and highly organised
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable handling accounting tasks for multiple small organisations
