Job Description
This is a remote position.
- 10 hours/week 2 hours per day flexible during client business hours (Monday to friday)
Responsibilities:
Transcribe patient responses from Google Forms onto standardized diagnostic forms
Ensure accurate data entry of patient information including names dates and assessment responses
Maintain strict accuracy standards as forms are used for psychological diagnosis and treatment planning
Work with existing team members to provide backup support for administrative tasks
Potentially expand into additional administrative duties as the practice grows
Communicate effectively with practice management regarding workload and scheduling
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry work
Experience with HIPAA compliance and medical confidentiality requirements
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Consistency in work quality and availability
Preference for experience with Practice Fusion EMR software (not required)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
