Job Description
- Lead and support the migration of employee data to SuccessFactors.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for new HR process implementations.
- Create and modify ABAP programs to ensure seamless data flow between SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SuccessFactors replication issues particularly with employee master data and organizational data.
- Support and maintain SAP HR production environments ensuring stability and performance.
- 6 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP HR development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ABAP programming (non-HANA environment).
- Proven experience with SuccessFactors integration particularly resolving replication issues.
- Working knowledge of BADIs related to data replication and SAP HR processes.
- Experience with SOAP services creation and modification.
- Familiarity with encryption techniques for securing interface data.
- Awareness of SAP Security Notes and their implementation.
- Independently handle SAP HR-ABAP developments and integrations.
- Analyze debug and resolve replication and interface issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth migration and deployment.
- Maintain high standards of data security especially in HR interfaces.
- Deliver innovative solutions in a structured and process-driven environment.
