Job Description
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to sales and distribution processes.
- Document solution designs and functional specifications.
- Participate actively in Agile rituals (daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews retrospectives).
- Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure solution alignment and integration.
- Coordinate and support testing activities including unit integration regression and test automation.
- Assist business teams during hypercare by troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
- Coach team members and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- 6 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module.
- Deep understanding of sales and logistics business processes including Order to Cash flow.
- Strong expertise in billing plans pricing intercompany processes and replenishment flows.
- Experience in revenue recognition and integration with finance modules.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management practices.
- Proficiency in working with international clients and global delivery environments.
- Knowledge or experience with test automation tools.
- Drive cross-functional cooperation and lead discussions with diverse teams.
- Solve complex problems proactively and deliver action-oriented results.
- Communicate effectively and negotiate with stakeholders across sectors.
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure quality delivery.
- Bring energy initiative and leadership into fast-paced environments.
