Job Description
- Translate business needs into sustainable and scalable IT and data solutions
- Serve as a critical bridge between business and technology teams
- Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture IT strategy and data frameworks across business units
- Contribute actively to digital transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Analyze complex business issues and define clear strategic solution directions
- Contribute to long-term domain and product-level vision development
- Design integrated solutions encompassing process data application and technology layers
- Coordinate with stakeholders in Enterprise Architecture Security and Compliance
- Document solutions in line with defined standards and working methods
- Collaborate closely with enterprise architects product owners developers and testers
- Serve as a sparring partner to both business and IT for solutioning and issue resolution
- Support Agile delivery processes and contribute to cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure solution quality by validating against architecture standards and quality frameworks
- Provide input for testing and ensure smooth handover to operational teams or vendors
- Learn from retrospectives and contribute to continuously improving architecture practices
- 10 years of relevant experience in IT architecture solution design and business-IT alignment
- In-depth knowledge of architecture business analysis and data management methodologies such as TOGAF DYA BABOK or DAMA
- Proficiency in modeling techniques and tools including BPMN ArchiMate and ER diagrams
- Strong experience designing end-to-end scalable enterprise solutions
- Exposure to multiple architecture domains data applications processes and infrastructure
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Manage and align multiple stakeholders across business and IT units
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels
- Navigate operational tactical and strategic communication with ease
- Demonstrate analytical thinking conceptual design and problem-solving skills
- Show ownership initiative and a strong result-driven mindset
- Justify design decisions and influence others with confidence and credibility
