Our client is a group of companies in Nigeria. Due to expansion they need a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER.
Location: Lagos State.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives including scoping planning implementation and post-execution reviews.
Define project charters critical milestones and success metrics in alignment with enterprise goals.
Translate corporate and expansion strategy into actionable project roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with business units and senior leaders to ensure project objectives reflect both strategic intent and operational realities.
Continuously evaluate project outcomes against strategic KPIs adjusting execution paths to maximize business impact.
Engage with executives department leads and external partners to build buy-in foster accountability and ensure transparent communication throughout project life cycles.
Monitor risks interdependencies and resource constraints to ensure project delivery remains on track.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in business administration Project Management or related field.
8 years of project management experience with a strong track record of delivering strategic or transformation projects.
Proven business acumen with the ability to analyze commercial challenges identify opportunities and translate them into practical initiatives.
Experience working in or alongside consulting firms (Big 4 strategy firms) is a strong advantage.
Experience managing or supporting M&A-related projects is an added advantage.
Project Management Certification (PMP Prince 2 or other relevant certifications) is mandatory.
Strong communication stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Comfortable working across multiple geographies time zones and business functions
