Job Description
Our client is a group of companies in Nigeria. Due to expansion they need a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER.
Location: Lagos State.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives including scoping planning implementation and post-execution reviews.
- Define project charters critical milestones and success metrics in alignment with enterprise goals.
- Translate corporate and expansion strategy into actionable project roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with business units and senior leaders to ensure project objectives reflect both strategic intent and operational realities.
- Continuously evaluate project outcomes against strategic KPIs adjusting execution paths to maximize business impact.
- Engage with executives department leads and external partners to build buy-in foster accountability and ensure transparent communication throughout project life cycles.
- Monitor risks interdependencies and resource constraints to ensure project delivery remains on track.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in business administration Project Management or related field.
- 8 years of project management experience with a strong track record of delivering strategic or transformation projects.
- Proven business acumen with the ability to analyze commercial challenges identify opportunities and translate them into practical initiatives.
- Experience working in or alongside consulting firms (Big 4 strategy firms) is a strong advantage.
- Experience managing or supporting M&A-related projects is an added advantage.
- Project Management Certification (PMP Prince 2 or other relevant certifications) is mandatory.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple geographies time zones and business functions
