- Communications Expert: Exceptional writing presentation and media-interview skills; adept at crafting persuasive narratives.
- Strategic & Networked: Proven ability to navigate government media and community channels; strong political and regulatory acumen.
- Collaborative Influencer: Skilled at building cross-functional partnerships and leading diverse teams.
- Crisis-Ready: Calm under pressure with demonstrated crisis-management experience and sound judgment.
Requirements
What You ll Do
- Government & Regulatory Affairs: Develop and maintain relationships with federal state and local regulators; monitor legislative developments; advocate the company s interests on policy matters (e.g. excise environmental trade).
- Public & Media Relations: Craft and execute a proactive media strategy; manage press releases thought-leadership content and crisis communications to maintain an authentic positive brand image.
- Corporate Social Responsibility: Design and oversee CSR programs aligned to community needs agricultural support water stewardship youth employment ensuring measurable social impact.
- Internal Communications: Lead employee engagement communications newsletters town halls intranet content to foster a cohesive culture and clear understanding of corporate objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build partnerships with industry associations NGOs community leaders and suppliers; represent the company at public forums and trade bodies.
