Are You Ready to Shape Corporate Reputation and Stakeholder Engagement
A leading beverage organization is seeking a strategic Head of Corporate Affairs to lead government relations public affairs and communications. You will safeguard the company s reputation influence policy and drive impactful CSR initiatives.

Who You Are
  • Seasoned Affairs Leader: 10 years in corporate or public affairs within FMCG beverage or regulated industries; government relations experience essential.
  • Educational Credentials: Bachelor s degree in Public Policy Communications Law or related field (Master s preferred).
  • Communications Expert: Exceptional writing presentation and media-interview skills; adept at crafting persuasive narratives.
  • Strategic & Networked: Proven ability to navigate government media and community channels; strong political and regulatory acumen.
  • Collaborative Influencer: Skilled at building cross-functional partnerships and leading diverse teams.
  • Crisis-Ready: Calm under pressure with demonstrated crisis-management experience and sound judgment.


Requirements

What You ll Do
  • Government & Regulatory Affairs: Develop and maintain relationships with federal state and local regulators; monitor legislative developments; advocate the company s interests on policy matters (e.g. excise environmental trade).
  • Public & Media Relations: Craft and execute a proactive media strategy; manage press releases thought-leadership content and crisis communications to maintain an authentic positive brand image.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility: Design and oversee CSR programs aligned to community needs agricultural support water stewardship youth employment ensuring measurable social impact.
  • Internal Communications: Lead employee engagement communications newsletters town halls intranet content to foster a cohesive culture and clear understanding of corporate objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build partnerships with industry associations NGOs community leaders and suppliers; represent the company at public forums and trade bodies.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor brand sentiment conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to protect corporate reputation during operational or public policy challenges.
