Key Responsibilities
Planning & Analysis: Lead country-level budgeting rolling forecasts and monthly dashboard preparation; support leadership with financial analysis and commercial decision-making.
Financial Advisory: Offer strategic input on major deals provide guidance to sales and operations using financial insights and ensure local alignment with regional initiatives.
Month-End & Compliance: Oversee monthly close processes and ensure statutory reporting audit and tax compliance through collaboration with external auditors and consultants.
Treasury: Manage regular cash flow forecasting foreign exchange tracking and assist with group-wide treasury initiatives.
Strategic Projects: Support long-term planning including 5-year business strategies and implementation of robust financial processes and tools.
Leadership & Collaboration: Represent finance in the local management team partner with other country FP&A functions and support cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
Job Requirement
Degree in Accounting Finance or related field; ACCA/CPA preferred
5 years of FP&A experience in multinational environments (FMCG trading or supply chain sectors preferred)
Strong SAP (especially BW/BPC) Excel PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus
Excellent analytical problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and adaptability
