What You ll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end hardware lifecycle management including device refresh projects coordinating warranty repairs and redeploying IT equipment to meet organizational needs.
Manage IT asset inventory by performing asset tagging maintaining accurate records in asset management systems and supervising depot operations to ensure efficient tracking and storage.
Coordinate logistics for IT equipment including shipping receiving returns and asset reclamation while ensuring compliance with internal policies and maintaining detailed documentation.
What You Need:
3 to 5 years of practical experience delivering technical support in IT environments with strong proficiency in Windows 10 macOS Microsoft Office Suite and imaging/deployment of Windows operating systems.
Solid understanding of core networking principles including TCP/IP Ethernet VPN configuration and Windows networking enabling effective troubleshooting and network optimization.
Proven experience supporting networked printers and audiovisual (AV) systems including installation configuration and break/fix maintenance.
Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory tracking systems combined with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in fast-paced settings.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to maintaining compliance with IT policies and security best practices.
