We are hiring a CNM I ; Emergency Department for our Hospital in Dublin Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversees and plans the units daily patient care activities.
- Evaluates workloads and skill requirements in order to provide patient care.
- Assigns patient care tasks and evaluates staff competencies.
- Gives employees the right responsibilities in accordance with departmental standards professional and legal requirements.
- Explains unit requirements and/or incidents in a clear and concise manner to the clinical nurse manager.
- Acts as the units resource person.
- Helps with patient care when required.
- Finds the right internal controls for the department and offers ways to keep an eye on and enforce adherence to them.
- Takes part in providing patient care within the facility.
- Takes part in educating patients and their families.
- Venepuncture and IV cannulation if needed.
- Encourage the use of evidence-based practice.
Requirements
- In good standing is the NMBI General Nurse license.
- Preferably three years of clinical experience.
- Teaching skills leadership traits professional judgment the ability to think critically and solve problems and a feeling of professional growth are all required of candidates. must exhibit the ability to multitask.
- Exhibit the capacity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
