Title: Jewelry Sales Consultant Modern Luxury

Reporting to: Owner (Anand Gupta)
Role Overview:
Were looking for a polished modern rooted woman 3240 fluent in Telugu with 1015 years of jewelry sales experience. She will engage savvy budget-conscious clients manage escalations and support CRM follow-up trainingwithout internal team leadership duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage bargaining and smart-walking-in customers
Support escalations and mentor junior staff ad hoc
Train CRM team on call-handling techniques
Demonstrate product benefits and close sales diplomatically
Collaborate on achieving sales targets and incentive structures
Requirements:
3240 years; married settled; Hyderabad/Andhra
Fluent Telugu; working Hindi & English
1015 years in jewelry sales; polished appearance
Energetic charming tradition-respecting modern outlook
Strong communicator negotiator relationship-builder
High integrity brand-loyal long-term mindset
