Your Role
As a BCaBA you ll work under the supervision of a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. You ll help guide treatment implementation support Behavior Technicians and collaborate with families to foster lasting growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy aligned with individualized treatment goals
- Assist with assessments and contribute to designing effective targeted interventions
- Monitor progress analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Offer training and supervision to Behavior Technicians
- Engage families in the therapeutic process to reinforce skills at home
- Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development
- Uphold BACB standards and ethical guidelines in all practices
What You Bring
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing
- Bachelor s degree in psychology education or a related field
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A collaborative spirit and passion for making a difference
