As a trusted provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services we help children with autism gain meaningful skills through compassionate individualized care. We re growing and we re looking for a dedicated BCaBA to join our clinic-based team in Richmond VA.

Your Role
As a BCaBA you ll work under the supervision of a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. You ll help guide treatment implementation support Behavior Technicians and collaborate with families to foster lasting growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct ABA therapy aligned with individualized treatment goals
  • Assist with assessments and contribute to designing effective targeted interventions
  • Monitor progress analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Offer training and supervision to Behavior Technicians
  • Engage families in the therapeutic process to reinforce skills at home
  • Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development
  • Uphold BACB standards and ethical guidelines in all practices

What You Bring

  • Active BCaBA certification in good standing
  • Bachelor s degree in psychology education or a related field
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A collaborative spirit and passion for making a difference
