Job Description

Empower Every Voice: Now Hiring Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH)School Year

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is proud to partner with school communities to ensure every student has access to high-quality inclusive education. We re currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) for a full-time position serving students across multiple grade levels for theacademic year.

In this vital role you ll support students who are deaf or hard of hearing by providing targeted instruction tailored to their language communication and academic needs. You ll develop and deliver individualized plans that may include American Sign Language (ASL) oral communication approaches and assistive listening technology adapting strategies to ensure every student can access curriculum and engage fully in the classroom.

Collaboration is central to this position. You ll work closely with general education teachers service providers and families to foster supportive learning environments that promote student growth and independence.

Requirements

Applicants must possess a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Deaf Education or a closely related discipline along with a valid Georgia teaching certificate that includes an endorsement for Deaf and Hard of Hearing education. Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) is strongly preferred as it significantly enhances instructional effectiveness and student engagement. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting students with hearing impairments in academic settings and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork abilities to help build an inclusive collaborative learning environment.
