Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients.
- Develop agreements and negotiate contracts.
- Attend and facilitate mediation and settle claims.
- Advocate for clients in court.
- Build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys.
- Maintain client relationships.
- Prepare legal reports and documents.
Experience you will need:
- At least 1-3 years of litigation experience.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- License to practice law in Michigan.
- Strong communication legal writing legal research and interpersonal skills.
- Strong legal knowledge.
