Job Summary:
Our client who is in the real estate and property development industry is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling properties developed by the company. This includes managing on-site sales activities engaging with potential buyers giving property tours negotiating deals and closing sales. The ideal candidate is confident presentable a strong communicator and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell properties to prospective buyers.
Schedule and conduct property site visits providing professional tours and information.
Engage clients with accurate details on pricing floor plans payment plans and legal procedures.
Prepare sales proposals quotations contracts and close deals successfully.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties and market trends.
Coordinate internally with marketing finance legal and technical teams to support the sales process.
Provide after-sales support and assist clients through transfer and registration processes.
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales Marketing Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate/property sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable confident and persuasive personality.
- Should be well organized can attend and organize online meetings track timelines and meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage a sales site and deal with high-profile clients.
- Good understanding of the property market and real estate processes.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Proven experience in real estate/property sales or a related field.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage depending on the target market.
