This is a remote position.
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries
Follow up with leads from marketing and website
Schedule estimates and coordinate with project managers
Manage calendars and support field team scheduling
Assist with invoicing job costing and basic financial tasks
Maintain organized records and support day-to-day operations
Handle inbound and outbound calls with a friendly professional tone
Support general back-office administrative duties
Excellent English communication skills; professional phone presence
Experience in admin or customer service roles (US-based company experience preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred
Background in lead management or sales support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Confident and professional when dealing with clients
Comfortable learning and using basic software tools
Proactive and able to work independently
