Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST
Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours


Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive email correspondence and communications

  • Handle operational and administrative tasks to support daily business functions

  • Assist with B2B sales support activities and customized sales processes

  • Maintain customer relationships and manage client-facing interactions as needed

  • Create and prepare business presentations for partners clients and stakeholders

  • Provide business insights and strategic input to support decision-making

  • Support fundraising efforts and operational strategy initiatives

  • Coordinate and manage executive scheduling and priorities



Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant preferably in startup environments

  • Strong background working with early-stage software companies

  • Business acumen with the ability to contribute beyond administrative tasks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing roles

  • Proficiency in creating professional business presentations

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced evolving startup environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs



Scope:
  • Direct reporting line to the Founder & CEO

  • Blend of administrative operational and strategic support responsibilities
