Manage executive email correspondence and communications
Handle operational and administrative tasks to support daily business functions
Assist with B2B sales support activities and customized sales processes
Maintain customer relationships and manage client-facing interactions as needed
Create and prepare business presentations for partners clients and stakeholders
Provide business insights and strategic input to support decision-making
Support fundraising efforts and operational strategy initiatives
Coordinate and manage executive scheduling and priorities
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant preferably in startup environments
Strong background working with early-stage software companies
Business acumen with the ability to contribute beyond administrative tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing roles
Proficiency in creating professional business presentations
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced evolving startup environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
Direct reporting line to the Founder & CEO
Blend of administrative operational and strategic support responsibilities
