Coordinate end-to-end Sales function from prospecting to closure for IT Talent Solutions (Contract Full-Time Staffing and Project-based needs).
Research industry hiring trends and talent challenges to design and pitch scalable solutions.
Build relationships with mid-to-senior level decision-makers in IT/Tech organizations and convert them into long-term clients.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Talent Acquisition Branding L&D Delivery) to present holistic workforce innovation solutions.
Execute outbound campaigns using LinkedIn email video SMS and cold calling tools for qualified appointments and meetings.
Coordinate presentations RFP responses and service agreement negotiations with a consultative approach.
Use marketing automation analytics and reporting to guide data-driven decision making.
Build and lead high-performing inside sales or client success teams as the business scales.
8 years of success in IT Talent Solutions/Staffing Sales (Contract & Full-Time).
Proven experience handling enterprise clients like Deloitte Infosys or similar.
Expertise in consultative selling and crafting compelling value propositions.
Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in tools like (Zoho) CRM Sales Navigator Apollo ContactFinder and VOIP Systems.
Familiarity with OKRs Recruitment Marketing and ASIOC (Appointments:MSAs:Interviews:Offers:Closures) metrics.
Hands-on with automation workflows across Email SMS Phone and LinkedIn touchpoints.
Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT SeekOut Micro1 for prospect research or sales automation.
Leads with integrity and encourages incremental improvement every day.
Can manage quarterly planning margin targets independently
Can lead a team of 3-5 Senior Associates.
Is comfortable navigating tough conversations like responding to negative client feedback missed deadlines or proxy interview scenarios with maturity.
