Job Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking a Project Manager to support the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). This role will provide technical engineering management support including strategic analysis data analytics trend analysis gap analysis recommendations implementation plans program management business process engineering data visualization progress monitoring and execution support. The Project Manager will create and update integrated master schedules develop project plans provide timely status updates to leadership and generate executive-level briefings and presentations for senior DoD leadership including the Secretary of Defense and National Security Council.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of experience with DoD or USG program/project management experience including three (3) years of progressive experience in leading business management service projects
- Five (5) years of experience in all Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Five (5) years of experience working with DoD policy documents responses to Congressional Inquiries and General Accountability Office (GAO) auditing and reporting requests
- Five (5) years of experience with Inter-Governmental relations and protocol when interacting with staff at all levels of DoD other Federal agencies and foreign Governments
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Political Science Public Administration International Affairs International Relations or a related discipline
- Active Secret Clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with security cooperation programs and Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
- Experience supporting executive-level briefings and presentations
- Knowledge of the Strategy to Capability framework
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
