Were looking for a proactive and organised Project Manager to help deliver some of our most important initiatives. This role sits within our Portfolio Delivery function and will work closely with business stakeholders across the organisation to drive projects that enable strategic outcomes.
A key focus will be supporting the Senior Project Manager for our Finance System Replacement - a large-scale initiative with multiple workstreams and significant cross-functional engagement. Youll also play an important role in helping uplift project delivery capability across the organisation embedding consistent practices tools and governance and providing hands-on support where its needed most.
Youll join a delivery-focused team that thrives on action and momentum and is continually learning and building capability with every project delivered.
Key outcomes include
Lead project planning and execution for priority projects including business case development milestone planning resource coordination and communications.
Support the delivery of the Finance System Replacement project through planning coordination and cross-functional delivery.
Manage budgets and ensure financial controls reporting and delivery within agreed tolerances.
Own project risk issue and change processes escalating and resolving issues proactively.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate clearly across all levels of the organisation including ELT.
Participate in project reviews to celebrate wins and identify improvement areas.
Qualifications :

Youre a confident project manager whos comfortable operating in complex environments with competing priorities and diverse stakeholders. You bring a sharp eye for detail strong communication skills and a drive to deliver quality results.
Youll also bring:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. business project management change or technology) or equivalent experience
Project management certification preferred (e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner PMP and / or AgilePM)
Experience delivering projects using structured project management frameworks ideally within a PMO or portfolio context
Proven ability to manage projects >$100K in value
Familiarity with application implementation ICT infrastructure and supporting users through DevOps practices
Strong skills in project planning risk/issue management and stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication including experience reporting to senior leadership and ELT
Competency using project tools such as MS Project Excel and SharePoint
