Licensing Associate - Product Development

The Opportunity: 
The Licensing Approvals Associate ensures the success of licensed products and fosters professional relationships between Mattel and its licensors. This crucial role ensures compliance with Mattel standards and fulfills the contractual obligations of our licensing partners.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Excel Word and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud primarily Illustrator and Photoshop.

• 3 years of licensing or product development experience in a consumer products brand management or licensing environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $64000.00 and $92000.00.
