You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Snow Safety Manager is responsible for developing implementing and managing the operations of the Snow Safety teams and all comprehensive avalanche programing. This position manages the Snow Safety team to ensure the safety of employees and guests in avalanche terrain. This position is also responsible aligning with the Ski Patrol teams to create an efficient well organized and enjoyable environment for skiing guests and employees while consistently greeting and engaging our guests on all parts of the mountain.
This position reports to the Patrol Director and is a Full-Time exempt seasonal role with the ability to work budgeted hours in the summer and shoulder seasons in preparation for each winter. This is a leadership role that will require a minimum of 5 days per week.
The budgeted salary range for this position is $65000 to $85000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.
