We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Miami FL. Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through research networking and outreach
Conduct prospecting calls and email campaigns to engage potential clients
Schedule and participate in client meetings and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions to client needs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
13 years of experience in business development sales or client relations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
