We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning organizing and executing real estate events that align with our brand vision and business objectives. This position plays a key role in enhancing client engagement and increasing brand visibility through professionally coordinated events.
Responsibilities
Plan coordinate and execute in-person and on-site events including property showcases open houses networking mixers and launch events
Develop and manage event timelines budgets and vendor relationships
Coordinate event logistics such as location booking permits catering audiovisual signage and staffing
Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategies with marketing and sales goals
Provide on-site support and manage event setup execution and breakdown
Evaluate event success and generate post-event reports for future improvement
Maintain accurate records contracts and communication with stakeholders
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or a related field
2 years of experience in event coordination or project management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
