We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our growing team in Houston. This role will support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in content creation coordination of communication initiatives and ensuring message consistency across channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate internal and external communications content
Draft newsletters announcements press releases and employee communications
Assist in organizing company events and meetings
Support brand messaging and consistency in all communications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and updates
Monitor communication metrics and prepare reports
Maintain internal communication tools and platforms
Ensure all communication materials are accurate and aligned with company values
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or related field
13 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Strong writing editing and proofreading skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Knowledge of communication tools (e.g. intranet systems email platforms Microsoft Office Suite)
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
