We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Agent to join our growing team in Houston TX. This position plays a key role in developing and executing advertising campaigns that align with client goals and company standards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a strategic mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
Develop implement and monitor advertising campaigns across multiple channels
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
Collaborate with creative and sales teams to align advertising strategies
Prepare presentations and pitch proposals to potential clients
Manage client accounts and maintain strong ongoing relationships
Track and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
Ensure all campaigns meet branding guidelines and budget constraints
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in advertising sales or a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general knowledge of advertising platforms
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
