Job Description
We are seeking a friendly detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors ensuring a positive and professional experience. You will manage the front desk handle incoming calls and support day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer screen and direct incoming calls and messages
Maintain the reception area ensuring it is clean and organized
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
Assist with data entry filing and office supply management
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
