Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team in New Orleans. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning organizing and executing a variety of events that support our clients branding goals. This role requires excellent organizational skills creativity and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution from concept through completion
Collaborate with clients to determine event goals themes and logistics
Source and negotiate with vendors venues and suppliers
Oversee budgets and ensure events are executed within scope
Prepare event timelines floor plans and staff schedules
Handle on-site event coordination ensuring everything runs smoothly
Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Communications or related field
2 years of experience in event coordination or project management
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
