Sales & Customer Experience
Engage with walk-in and online customers to understand needs and close sales.
Recommend suitable products and upsell value-added services.
Handle post-sale issues with professionalism and empathy.
Operations & Inventory
Receive test label and organize incoming devices and stock.
Take product photos prepare listings and ensure storage accuracy.
Conduct regular stock audits and keep records clean and accurate.
Trade-In & Logistics Coordination
Schedule and track trade-in collections and device movements.
Ensure proper tagging documentation and system updates.
Metrics & Process Optimization
Operate in a metrics-driven environment with KPIs across:
Processing speed
Testing and labeling accuracy
Sales performance (including seasonality trends)
Customer behavior insights
Use data to identify inefficiencies propose improvements and update SOPs.
Team Collaboration
Work side-by-side with other apprentices and full-time staff.
Coordinate with management logistics and operations teams to execute daily goals.
Share knowledge solve problems and push each other to improve as a team.
Qualifications :
Hands-on and accountable you take ownership and follow through.
