Job Description

We are seeking a high-impact Global Building Engineering Growth Lead to champion our market presence drive client engagement and shape the future of building engineering across regions. This role is primarily outward-facing focused on building strategic client relationships expanding market share and positioning the firm as a global leader in the built environment. The ideal candidate combines deep technical credibility with commercial acumen and a passion for innovation. This role is instrumental in aligning the global engineering practice with the strategic direction of the Global Buildings and Places business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Leadership & Client Engagement
    • Act as the global face of the Building Engineering practice representing the firm with clients industry bodies and at high-profile events.
    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients developers architects and public-sector stakeholders.
    • Provide leadership over strategic pursuits and major proposals driving revenue growth and market expansion.
    • Identify emerging trends and client needs to shape service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strategic Growth & Innovation
    • Define and execute a global growth strategy for the Building Engineering practice aligned with market opportunities.
    • Collaborate with regional business leaders to develop and pursue high-value opportunities.
    • Drive innovation in building design sustainability to differentiate the firm in the marketplace.
    • Lead the development of new capabilities and service lines in response to evolving client demands.
  • Cross-Regional Leadership & Collaboration
    • Inspire and align cross-regional teams to deliver consistent high-quality outcomes.
    • Promote global collaboration knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across offices.
    • Support regional leaders in talent development project delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Ensure global visibility and coordination of key initiatives pursuits and innovations.

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS EXTENSIVE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education including 6 years of leadership
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-regional teams and delivering complex high-profile projects.
  • Recognized industry presence
  • Strong commercial instincts business development skills and executive-level communication.
  • Deep understanding of global market dynamics sustainability and digital transformation in the built environment.
