ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Adhere to New Jersey Gaming Commission Regulations and PT Services NJ regulations and business unit policies and procedures.
- Creates a fun and engaging atmosphere while hosting the game.
- Keeps a high energy and entertains customers through the game.
- Ability to handle unexpected situations and adapt to changes during the game.
- Being comfortable addressing large audience speaking clearly and engagingly.
- The ability to connect with players and make them feel part of the show.
- Learn and fully understand and execute the rules of video stream games.
- Follow and supervise the updates and amendments in the game leading procedures.
- Adhere to gaming studios rules and any other rules that management may be introduced at any time.
- Being able to improvise and respond to situations as they arise.
- Provide players with timely accurate and professional assistance with the related game general questions and communicate with players according to chat policy.
- Immediately report to the Pit-boss of any risks or committed mistakes problems and / or unusual activities in gaming studios and other companys premises caused by other employees or other causes.
- Attend educational events briefings sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning the new procedures.
- Participate in company promotions thought marketing via photo and video shoots as required by management.
- Keep a professional demeanor towards players.
- Maintain professional and clear communication with management and peers.
- Keep confidential information within the companys authorized individuals.
- Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.
Qualifications :
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- High School Diploma / GED.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Basic computer skills- MS Office electronic mail etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Precisely and clearly explain game related questions.
- Working on different assignments simultaneously.
- Punctuality and attention to detail.
- Refined manner of speech professional appearance and posture.
- Must be able to obtain a New Jersey and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.
- Must be able to wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Pay Rate: $18 hour Pooled Tips Monthly Performance Bonus
- $3.6 - Night Differential Pay from 11PM-7AM
- 10 Holiday Pay
