Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training professional services technical support renewals outcome attainment retention expansion and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. Contribute to the implementation of MES solutions utilizing the Software Suite. Own technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects. Engage throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects participating in decisions on architecture design and functionality to keep programs on track in terms of budget time and customer expectations. Work closely with the client to understand their needs and develop strategies tailored to their organization through site assessments. Make standard recommendations on workflow application interface reports testing and uploads to customers through the implementation process. Responsible for go-live readiness and support as well as post-live checkups and will be required to work collaboratively with internal team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelors degree** or foreign degree equivalent in STEM Majors (Science Technology Engineering and Math) and 4 years of experience in a related occupation. **Employer will accept the equivalent of a bachelors degree based upon a combination of education and experience. The position also requires: 4 years experience in software design software integration software troubleshooting for EMS ADMS systems or related electric utility experience. 4 years experience in software analysis design methodology implementation integration trouble shooting and architecture. 4 years experience with enterprise software and large distributed systems. 4 years experience with Windows client/server and/or Linux Source Code Management and IT administration. 4 years scripting/programming and database experience in PERL C#. 4 years experience managing and setting up Virtual Machines. 4 years direct utility customer interactions/customer experience. Telecommuting is permitted. When not telecommuting must report into offices in Melbourne FL.
