As the Senior Manager Partner Marketing for Technology Alliance Partners you will drive marketing initiatives demand generation campaigns content creation and events for Five9 to with and through our global CRM UC and growing ISV Partners. This highly visible role will require close collaboration with senior stakeholders from Partner Sales Regional Sales Operations Product Management Product Marketing Corporate Communications Events Team and other internal and external organizations to deliver compelling content engaging partner experiences and high-performing lead-generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build execute and measure co-marketing demand generation campaigns with technology partners to achieve target outcomes across the sales funnel (awareness - consideration - close).
- Work closely with the technology alliance partner business development product sales channel partner marketing product marketing teams.
- Align technology partner marketing strategies with product roadmaps and sales objectives.
- Organize and optimize Five9 participation in tech partners industry events webinars and global conferences: This includes event planning presentation preparation and follow-up activities to maximize engagement and lead generation.
- Support creation of compelling marketing content such as data sheets solution guides case studies white papers blog posts and social media content highlighting our joint alliances strengths and benefits.
- Manage the marketing budget for alliance activities ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize impact and return on investment.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications with alliance partners align with the companys brand identity and messaging. Develop co-branded materials that effectively represent both the company and its partners.
- Advocate and represent partners requirements for shared business targets to internal Five9 Marketing stakeholders including content demand generation field marketing & events design and communications.
Desirable Skills Knowledge and Experience:
- BS/BA degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- 7-9 years of experience working in Technology Alliances Partner Marketing.
- Track record of driving business outcomes through demand generation campaigns events and technology content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated familiarity with building and managing partner programs.
- Technology Partner Content Syndication campaign execution.
- Ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Deep curiosity excellent listening and empathy skills and ability to get things done in a collaborative team environment.
- A passion for Five9 mission and the success of our customers partners and community.
- A strong understanding of Salesforce partner attribution models campaign building and tracking.
- Strategic thinker willing to roll the sleeves and execute on priorities independently.
- Experience with Project Management Marketo and Salesforce tools.
Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M W TH) in our San Ramon office.

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the job across the United States. Additionally the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus stock and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
