Job Description
Job Purpose/Goal
To have a clear understanding of guests perception of Fitzgerald Auto Malls and identify areas for improvement toward establishing our brand. Instill a hospitality culture to our business that sets Fitzgerald Auto Malls apart from the automotive industry.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
This position comes with responsibility for innovation and genuine care of our companys most valuable commodity our guests. Fielding guests feedback and working with team members to address appropriately while seeking opportunities for improvement at future visits will require many skills including but not limited to exceptional time management and strong organizational skills. A Guest Experience Manager should
- Be the MVP not just a team player! MVPs are selfless helpful cheerful motivating reliable committed creative problem solvers collaborative and flexible.
- Possess excellent communication skills. Listening is doubly as important as speaking! Communication skills include written and verbal both in small and large group settings.
- Promote positive culture. Lead by example and be the change you want to see.
- Brainstorm for improvement. Actively look for ways that the Guest Experience could become more accommodating personable and efficient.
- Highlight moments and recognize associates that represent the hospitable culture of our organization.
- Be easily accessible and present in the face of our guests and teammates allowing for the development of personable and strong relationships.
- Support fellow managers with ideas implementation of new processes feedback from guests and personal observations and relevant reporting.
- Appropriately document guest files in a timely fashion so that a team member might better serve the guest at future visits.
Job Requirements
On any given day you will need to be able to do one or more of the following:
- Stand for prolonged periods of time
- Sit for prolonged periods of time
- Walk the distance of a campus multiple times a day
- Go up and down stairs
- Get in and out of different makes/model vehicles
