Your Responsibilities
As our new Senior Machine Learning Engineer you will play a crucial role in developing state-of-the-art Machine Learning applications within RepRisks Entities team. You will contribute to the design implementation and operation of Machine Learning products within the company as part of our global Data division based in Zrich Switzerland. Moreover you will be:
- Design and implement new ML features that drive measurable business value
- Develop integrate and maintain microservices as part of larger applications
- Incorporate the latest advancements in ML including Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative engineering culture
- Train evaluate and optimize models for performance and scalability
- Maintain a well-balanced tech stack that prioritizes both simplicity and efficiency
- Contribute to clean high-quality code through thorough code reviews
- Actively participate in Scrum discussions sharing insights and feedback
Qualifications :
You Offer
- A Masters degree (preferred) in Computer Science Engineering Statistics or a related STEM field
- 4 years of hands-on experience as an ML Engineer in a production environment
- Expert-level Python skills and solid proficiency in SQL
- Proven experience developing and deploying NLP and information retrieval models
- Hands-on experience integrating AI and LLMs into ML pipelines
- Strong grounding in software engineering best practices and clean maintainable code
- Practical experience building and managing data pipelines
- Track record of designing scalable data-driven software architectures
- Familiarity with cloud platforms CI/CD workflows and containerized environments
- A proactive mindset with a drive to take initiative and push projects forward
- Effective mentorship skills and ability to provide thoughtful constructive feedback
- Strong analytical skills structured problem-solving and high execution efficiency
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Experience working with AWS particularly SageMaker
- Prior experience fine-tuning or training LLMs
