Job Description
- Reception of the purchases invoices and control of the approval and payment process
- Validating invoice coding of the supplier invoices with the scanning solution - Axtension
- Maintain suppliers creation/changes
- Processing of the purchase invoices in a timely manner
- Matching POs and querying POs discrepancies
- Monitoring of the approval flows and of the ageing balance
- Follow-up of the supplier statements and the non-processed documents
- Preparation of the supporting documents for the audits
- Reconcile and post Co. Credit Cards
- Process employee expenses through the Rydoo platform
Qualifications :
- Accounting qualification or similar experience
- Proven experience of /- 5 years in similar function
- Fluent in English
- A good team spirit and results-oriented
- Diligent motivated & dependable with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Not afraid to take on responsibilitie
