Overall:
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of the clients business and organizational structure and forge relationships with key stakeholders through strong interpersonal connections
- Be responsible for client KPIs related to PT products
- Be an expert on Playtech products and USPs eager to collaborate with internal product stakeholders
- Act as the voice of the customer within Playtech and balance business goals. Share knowledge of the licensee with Playtech colleagues and product stakeholders
- Maintain a good knowledge of the industry landscape including competitors products and developments
- Stay aware of technical updates and progress that have business impact
- Remain up to date on regulatory frameworks and compliance
- Have a solid understanding of BI CRM customer journey affiliation A/B testing and segmentation
- Understand player-facing technology such as frontend and the importance of promotions and player interaction via desktop mobile and native channels
Commercial:
- Support the Commercial Director in business development
- Drive usage and upsell of Playtech tools products and services
- Coordinate and manage training requests
- Manage game launches network promotions and marketing promotions to licensees
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
- Travel for business when required
- Work with analysts on monthly KPIs
Admin:
- Report on licensee marketing commitments and promotions related to Playtech products and services
- Stay aware of the status of all projects and deadlines
- Produce monthly management reports
- Participate in regular commercial team meetings and presentations
- Manage and update CRM
- Translate licensee queries and prepare required periodical reports
Qualifications :

- Have a background in Business Relationship Management with proven experience in B2B and/or B2C environments
- Have experience in the gaming industry
- Hold a strong academic record ideally with a degree in a relevant subject
- Communicate confidently in English both written and spoken
- Are a native Polish speaker
