Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Service Desk Operator in Netcompany
Joining us as a Service Desk Operator you will be a part of a vibrant team who support of mission-critical applications.
As a Service Desk Operator you will:
- Manage the full lifecycle of an incident received from customer in Issue tracking software (JIRA)
- Investigate analyse and resolve an incident or service request
- Hand over the incident to internal teams
- Prepare documentation when needed
- Maintain standard system configurations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Degree in Information Technology or related discipline (Mathematics Physics etc.)
- Experience with ITIL 4 processes (Incident Problem Change and Release Management)
- Experience as Windows power user
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communicational skills
