- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized service.
- Building strong customer relationships and providing product knowledge across a range of designer brands.
- Maintaining the visual standards of the store including stock presentation and replenishment.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and new product arrivals.
- Supporting the team with general store duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting in-store promotions events and seasonal launches.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of premium and designer brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- A flexible approach to working hours including weekends evenings and holidays.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to store success.
