Job Description

Annual salary: up to 20550.60

Cleaning Team Leader

Bathgate Academy

Salary up to 20550.60 per annum

Part time Permanent 30hrs per week Monday to Friday

About the Role:

As a Cleaning Team Leader full training will be provided. However once in the role you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of eleven facilities operatives. In addition to overseeing their work you will also be expected to carry out your own general cleaning duties. You must ensure that all tasks meet safety quality and cost standards and that all relevant paperwork and electronic records are accurately completed and maintained.

Role Criteria:

  • Ability to work alone and as part of the team
  • Good communication
  • Good general knowledge of cleaning

Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
